阿波国の政治、経済、文化の中心地として、天下の勝瑞と呼ばれていた藍住町勝瑞。
戦国時代、織田信長以前に天下を掌握した武将 三好長慶も輩出したこの地で、地元の子どもたちが育てた酒米を使った日本酒が出来上がりました。
古と今を繋ぐ酒"純米吟醸 勝瑞城"をお楽しみください。

Aizumi’s Shōzui district was once known as “Tenka no Shōzui,” the political, economic, and cultural center of Awa Province.
This land also gave rise to Miyoshi Nagayoshi, the warlord who unified the realm even before Oda Nobunaga during the Sengoku period.
Here, a new sake has been born, crafted with sake rice grown by local children.
Please enjoy “Junmai Ginjo Shōzuijō,” a sake that connects the past with the present.
