阿波国の政治、経済、文化の中心地として、天下の勝瑞と呼ばれていた藍住町勝瑞。
戦国時代、織田信長以前に天下を掌握した武将三好長慶も輩出したこの地で、地元の子どもたちが育てた酒米を使った日本酒が出来上がりました。
古と今を繋ぐ酒"純米吟醸勝瑞城"をお楽しみください。
純米吟醸勝瑞城の酒粕を使用した奈良漬「勝瑞城」とのセットです。

The Shōzui area of Aizumi was once known as “Tenka no Shōzui,” the political, economic, and cultural center of Awa Province.
This historic land also produced Miyoshi Nagayoshi, the warlord who unified the realm even before Oda Nobunaga during the Sengoku period.
Here, a new sake has been created using sake rice grown by local children.

Please enjoy “Junmai Ginjo Shōzuijō,” a sake that bridges the past and the present.
This set includes both the Junmai Ginjo Shōzuijō and the Nara-style pickles “Shōzuijō,” made with the sake lees of the same brew.
